Algae to Jet Fuel:

With General Atomics, Incitor is exploring the options for using synthetic enzymes to extract the oil from algae for the purposes of generating jet fuel. Please click here for access to a press release about the project.

Biomass to Liquid Fuel:

Incitor is working with the Construction Engineering Research Laboratory of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers on a project to take cellulosic biomass from military installation waste and convert it into a useable fuel (currently being determined).

Collaborations:

Michigan Technological University (MTU): MTU, via a team led by Dr. Michael Gretz, is performing an extensive structural and lysis analysis of various algae species and plant materials on the behalf of Incitor. Please view the Algal Cell Walls & Extracellular Polymers website.
